For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Any special requests, such as dietary requirements, room preferences, or accessibility needs, must be made at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be met, and failure to meet special requests will not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates as required for your chosen destination(s). Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the planned return date. We are not responsible for any problems arising from your failure to have appropriate documentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of and comply with any health requirements, including vaccinations and medical certifications, for the destinations you are visiting. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or travel health clinic well in advance of your departure.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is your responsibility, and we will not be liable for any costs that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
We act as an agent for the various travel suppliers that provide the components of your travel arrangements. These suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Steady Channel. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers, their employees, agents, or representatives.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial dispute, disease outbreak, adverse weather conditions, or other exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances.
Our liability to you for any loss or damage suffered arising out of your booking with us is limited to the total cost of your booking. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. We may make changes to the material on the website at any time without notice.
You are expected to behave in a responsible manner and to respect the comfort and enjoyment of other travelers, our staff, and the general public. If in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, your behavior is causing or likely to cause distress, danger, damage, or annoyance, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee that all facilities and activities will be accessible to all individuals.
